Terms and Conditions: $99 Panel Tune-Up Offer

1. **Offer Eligibility**: 

   - Offer valid for residential customers only.

   - Service area is limited to locations within a 45-mile radius of our office. Additional fees may apply for services outside this area.

2. **Scope of Work**: 

   - The $99 Panel Tune-Up includes a visual inspection, tightening of connections, testing of breakers, and overall assessment of the electrical panel.

   - Any repairs, replacements, or additional materials required will incur additional costs, which will be communicated to the customer before proceeding.

3. **Booking and Scheduling**: 

   - Appointments are subject to availability and must be booked in advance.

   - Offer valid for one electrical panel per household. Additional panels will be charged separately.

4. **Exclusions**: 

   - This offer does not include repairs, upgrades, or installation of new equipment.

   - The offer is not valid in combination with any other promotions, discounts, or offers.

5. **Payment Terms**: 

   - Full payment of $99 is required before the service begins.

   - Any additional work or repairs outside the scope of the tune-up will be quoted separately and must be authorized by the customer before proceeding.

6. **Offer Validity**: 

   - The $99 Panel Tune-Up offer is valid for a limited time only, and the promotion may be discontinued or modified at the discretion of the company.

7. **Liability**: 

   - Kingdom Electric will not be liable for any existing issues with the electrical system that are discovered during the tune-up.

   - The customer is responsible for addressing any code violations or hazardous conditions identified during the inspection.

8. **Cancellation Policy**: 

   - Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to cancel or reschedule within this time frame may result in a cancellation fee.

9. **Health and Safety**: 

   - Our technicians follow all necessary health and safety guidelines to ensure the well-being of our customers and staff during the service.
